EVENT CALENDARS
NOTE: Any Event and the Use of our Facilities, Grounds and other Amenities are solely Reserved in Advance. See schedule below to see what dates have been filled.. We have other full time employment and a busy family schedule and do not keep regular business hours whereby we are "open" to impromptu visits from the general public.
Our schedule is very flexible. Most week-ends (Friday & Saturday) beginning in May will be available for advance scheduling (including Sundays evenings in October & November). We do not have week days listed but are also open to scheduling through the week (especially when weekend dates are sparse.) Please call or email to check on availability. Call well in advance to schedule any dates in the autumn time of the year (especially week-ends in October & November), as this is always our peak time. The Calendar Link below shows available week-end dates from our peak season of mid-September to early December. Most groups reserve at least 2 months in advance - so especially October week-end dates will be hard to come by - come the end of August. As you can see from the table below, we are open to scheduling other dates throughout the year - call for availability.
Below is a table showing dates already reserved. We do require a $75 Deposit (made payable to FIREY TRAILS) upon your reserving a date. We will post your date as soon as you schedule but consider it to be only tentative until your deposit is in hand. Our receipt of your deposit should be within 10 days after your event is scheduled. In the case that your event is to happen sooner than the ten day due date, please mail your check immediately after booking so we receive it by at least a week out from your event date.

Want to check out Firey Trails before scheduling an event? There are a couple ways to do this. We keep our gate closed (we are only "open" during an event), but you can call us at 227-1025 and set up a time that day or the next to meet us on the grounds. We will be glad to answer any questions and show you around. The second way is to pick out a scheduled event on our calendar and come on the grounds while an event is going on. (Don't worry, it won't be as if you're crashing the party-there's sometimes so much going on, you may not be noticed.) We've had interested prospects do this already, and it is a great way to get a feel of either the scenery of the daytime or to see the abundant ambient lighting over the grounds at night. Just be sure to choose a "look see" event during the same time frame you may be interested in. Thanks.

Recommended Hayride Time Frame:
The typical Hayride Event usually fits well into a time frame of
approximately three hours - start to finish. We are
flexible on this but find a 3 hour time frame seems to be ample in most
cases for the hayrides, campfire fellowship or singing, games &
activities, exploring, etc.)
Although other time frames may be arranged (other than the typical above) we request that visitors from your group only arrive near the pre-arranged time - as we are many times prepping for your group up until the last minute.
