NOTE: Any Event and the Use of our Facilities, Grounds and other Amenities are solely Reserved in Advance. See Calendar for available dates. We have other full time employment and a busy family schedule and do not keep regular business hours whereby we are "open" to impromptu visits from the general public. HAYRIDES & ACTIVITIES
For safety, we only use our private trails and grounds for all hayrides and activities. Please see our Policy Page for our safety policy and hayride rules. ORDER OF HAYRIDES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES DURING YOUR EVENT You and your group are welcome to outline your event activities in whatever order you wish. Most groups prepare and eat their main meal first, start the hayride(s) and then conclude with smors. Time for other activities such as birthday related activity, animal feeding and games needs to also be figured in for some groups. The order and exact activities is up to your group and leader. He or she should tell us when they arrive what the order is to be and then be on hand from time to time throughout the evening for pacing the activities and general oversight. As mentioned above, the more people there are (meaning several hayrides) the more each activity should "move along" and the 30 minute hayride trips should start sooner than later during your event. While one group is riding the others can be visiting under the pavilion or around the fire. Fitting the activities into a 3 hour time frame is less of a factor the fewer people that are in attendance.
A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE As far as we know, you will find nothing like the Firey Trails experience in the state of Oklahoma (let alone, the Tulsa metro area). We know this because we have had no model of anything similar to go by in planning Firey Trails. We try to better the experience with every passing year and add any new little touches we can think of. We must be doing something right based on our extremely full 2008 weekend schedule (34 groups booked for 2008-twice the number of 2007 events), the many miles some groups drive to get here, and all groups that repeat from year to year (one group has scheduled for their 11th visit.) We think if you choose to reserve a visit with us that you will agree.
