Take a look around Firey Trails - 53 Photos.

Do you have a church or other group and would like to schedule a family friendly hayride, birthday party, picnic or other outing? Do you want to simply celebrate the colorful, crisp seasonal beauty of God’s creation in a rustic setting? If you do, then we have what you need….Firey Trails of Tulsa.

We are Ray and Diana Firey and have been hosting annual hayrides on our 40 acre rural property west of Sand Springs since 1989 to various churches and groups from the Tulsa area. Come enjoy an old fashioned hayride on our private grounds underneath the tall timber on the banks of Rock Creek.

Escape from the city lights and take in the breathtaking glitter of the stars and the luminous harvest moon on a clear night. Explore the rich history of the land beneath you—from hearing the late 19th century Indian lore about those buried at nearby Tigerbone Cemetery to wildcatters’ dry holes and prohibition era moonshine still sites on the property.

Our location is only a 35 minute drive from downtown Tulsa just 3½ miles west and south of Discoveryland Amphitheatre-home of Rogers & Hammerstein’s OKLAHOMA.

Enjoy a musical Grand Tour of Firey Trails below. (Slide Show comprised of 56 photos-same as above.  Takes a moment to load on some computers without high speed internet so that's why there are two versions)

A 2008 FIREY TRAILS UPDATE   -  For the 2007 season, we had relocated our grounds to a nearby scenic area just east of our home site overlooking two ponds.  In addition to a new entrance and "easy access" drive, we created a 25x40 open air pavilion surrounded by the towering trees in a beautiful park-like setting.  Newly completed in September 2008 is a rustic restroom / utility area facility.  One of the restrooms has a wrap around ramp for handicap access and the utility area includes a sink with hot water and a microwave for your convenience.  All of this allows us to accommodate other outdoor events such as birthday parties, family reunions, church picnics, and overnight campouts etc.  These may or may not include hayrides.  We will be formulating our rates for the other services as demand dictates.

NOTE:  Any Event and the Use of our Facilities, Grounds and other Amenities are solely Reserved in Advance.  See Calendar  for available dates.  We have other full time employment and a busy family schedule and do not keep regular business hours whereby we are "open" to impromptu visits from the general public.

(To maintain the serenity and family friendly atmosphere of Firey Trails, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted.  This exclusion is also stipulated on our liability insurance policy.)

Besides a group photo, we take photos of our visitors from time to time to capture the festive atmosphere of Firey Trails.  A few of these photos end up on our website.  If you have any objections to this possibility, please let us know.
